1. Use Heyy Studio lawfully
Do not use Heyy Studio to create, request, upload, distribute or support illegal activity or content. You are responsible for complying with the laws and professional obligations that apply to you and the place where an output will be used.
2. Exploitation, abuse and harassment
Do not create or share content that exploits or abuses people, facilitates sexual exploitation, depicts or encourages abuse of minors, or is intended to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate or facilitate real-world harm.
3. Hateful or harmful misuse
Do not use the platform to promote hatred, dehumanisation or targeted abuse against protected groups, or to meaningfully facilitate violence, self-harm or dangerous wrongdoing. Creative or educational context does not excuse content designed to cause harm.
4. Fraud, scams and deceptive documents
Do not create scams, fraudulent offers, false evidence, fake approvals, counterfeit documents or misleading professional records. Marketing concepts must not be used to make false or unsubstantiated claims.
5. Impersonation and deceptive identity use
Do not impersonate a person or organisation, misrepresent endorsement or create deceptive identity content. If a real person's image, voice, name or likeness is used, obtain the permissions and consent required for the intended use and do not present generated material as authentic when that would mislead people.
6. Malware, credential theft and security abuse
Do not use Heyy Studio to create or distribute malware, phishing material, credential-theft flows, instructions for unauthorised access, malicious tracking or content designed to compromise accounts, devices, networks or data.
7. Intellectual-property rights
Do not upload or request material that infringes copyright, trademarks, design rights, contractual restrictions or other intellectual-property rights. Generated output is not guaranteed unique or cleared for use.
- You must have the rights needed for uploads, references, logos, brand assets and source files.
- Commercial use may require searches, licences, releases or legal review.
- Report a rights concern through Contact & support with enough information to identify the affected material.
8. Privacy, personal information and likeness
Do not expose, infer or misuse another person's private, sensitive or confidential information. Do not upload personal information unless you have authority, a legitimate need and an appropriate way to protect it. Consent may be required when using an identifiable person's image or likeness.
9. Platform safeguards
Do not attempt to bypass content safeguards, credit or rate limits, access controls, file restrictions, provider controls or security measures. Do not probe private data or use multiple accounts to avoid a restriction.
10. Professional and high-stakes misuse
Do not present unverified generated content as licensed professional advice, official approval or a guaranteed basis for a consequential decision. Human review is required for legal, financial, medical, safety, employment and other high-stakes uses.
11. Architecture and Interior outputs
Architecture and Interior outputs are concept material, not a substitute for licensed professional services, surveys, engineering, permits, code review, construction documentation, quantity verification or installation advice. Do not use an unverified concept to order, fabricate, construct or represent regulatory approval.
12. Enforcement
Heyy Studio may refuse a request, remove or restrict content, limit features, pause production, preserve relevant records or suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to address a policy breach, security risk, legal request or harm. Serious matters may be referred to appropriate authorities where required or lawful.
13. Reporting and review
Use Contact & support or email hello@heyystudio.com to report concerning content or ask for review of an enforcement decision. Include the account or project context, affected material and why you believe it breaches this policy or was restricted in error. Do not resend harmful material unless needed and safe to do so.
