Refund Policy

1. Failed generation and automatic credit return

Heyy Studio reserves credits before an eligible paid generation. If the generation fails before a usable result is completed and the failure is confirmed, the reservation is automatically returned to the account balance. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.

• Check Credit history after the job reaches a failed state.
• If the return is missing, contact support with the account email, Studio or Tool, project name if applicable and approximate time.

2. Successful generations

Credits are committed when a generation completes successfully. Because creative generation is variable, a successful result that is not your preferred direction does not automatically qualify for a credit return or cash refund.

3. Subjective dissatisfaction or change of mind

Differences in style preference, choosing another direction, changing the brief after generation or deciding not to use a successful output are generally not service failures. Support can still review genuine faults, material delivery problems or rights available under law.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or paid for a transaction that was not credited to the correct account. Provide the account email, date, amount and payment or invoice reference. Heyy Studio will investigate against payment records and correct a verified error.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription charges are generally not refundable merely because part of a paid period was unused or because you changed your mind after credits and plan access were made available. This does not limit remedies for a faulty service, incorrect charge or another right that cannot be excluded.

6. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel future renewal through Billing & plan. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not itself create a refund for the current period. The billing flow shows the expected access end date.

7. Purchased credit packs

Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in the purchased balance after subscription credits are used. Used credit packs are not refundable for change of mind. An unused purchase may be reviewed where there was a duplicate or incorrect charge, a service fault or another basis required by law.

8. Unused subscription credits

Unused subscription credits do not roll over and are replaced when the next monthly allowance refreshes. They are not converted to cash or refunded at renewal, cancellation or plan expiry.

9. Expert Production payments

Expert Production is governed by the accepted quote and any project-specific payment terms. If a deposit or full payment is required, the quote should identify the scope, deliverables, included revisions and relevant cancellation conditions.

• Work already completed may be charged.
• Committed Expert, supplier or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from an approved refund where the quote and law allow.
• Heyy Studio will consider whether the service supplied matched the accepted scope and any rights that apply.

10. Scope changes and cancellation of Expert Production

A new deliverable, additional revision or material direction change may require a revised quote or add-on rather than a refund of completed work. If you need to cancel, contact Heyy Studio as soon as possible so uncommitted work can be paused and the account can be reviewed under the quote and applicable law.

11. Australian Consumer Law and requesting review

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded. To request a review, use Contact & support or email hello@heyystudio.com with the account email, payment reference, date, amount, affected service and a concise explanation. Heyy Studio may ask for information needed to verify the request.
